Parent-Teacher Meeting

First meeting with the teacher today. Cait is right where she should be. we just have to work on recognizing what the letters and numbers actually look like and not just knowing them in order, Why is a triangle called a triangle, what makes a square different from a rectangle, etc. And cutting! Cutting better will help with her writing skills.

First Performance

Today was HAPPY HARVEST DAY at PreSchool. All the kids helped cut and prepare the vegetables for the soup and had a blast doing so. Then the parents came about 1/2 way through the school day and we all had fun together.

Madi has started to cut her first tooth this morning. You can just barely feel it but it IS there!

Note to anyone who has to give their kids this shot...
I just got my booster one yesterday and the shot itself hurt very little. The after effect of a sore upper arm hurts like hell. 24 hours later and I am still in pain. Gonna go take some Tylenol.

I can't remember if it was mentioned but Matt now has 2 teeth that have cut through. Madi is still letting hers cook some more.

Babies P.O.V.: Every Sunday we go with Daddy, NaNa and PaPa and go to Souplantation. We love it there. We get to sit in high chairs like big kids and even get to try new foods. Today we got to try EGGIES and Daddy gave us some of his TAPIOCA PUDDING. Yummy!

Photo Perfections

On Friday, we decided to just go to the Topanga Mall and walk around. Nothing in mind, just walking and spending time together. We got popcorn from Popcornopolis, went to The Children's Place and got some great little Halloween shirts for $3.00 each, and even went on the Merry-Go-Round. But, the highlight of the night was when we went to go on the little quarter rides that they have and a man from Photo Perfections came out and asked if we wanted to get their pictures taken. No catches. Just come in and take their pictures just as they are. We decided to do it and I am glad that we did. I couldn't do their "fantasy" shot because those were not included in the free 8x10 but oh well. We wanted a simple Halloween picture so we put those cute shirts on that we got them and they turned out GREAT! See for yourself...



We went with the black background and left their shirts in color and the twins' blue eyes in color. We even left Matthew's drool; that's just who he is.

Thanks to all for the birthday wishes. Yesterday was a good day. Made even better by the arrival of Krista's son Ethan Patrick. He was born at 1:22pm and weighed 7lb 3oz and was 21in long. Lucky witch even gets to take him home today...lol.

Crawling

One down. One to go. Matthew actually just crawled just now. Hands and knees and everything. Belly off the ground too! He also made a dash for the Kitchen as I was typing.

I want to start off by expressing my hatred of Google. Ever since they forced us to link our blogs to a Google account, I have had nothing but problems and now I no longer have my BabyFront blog because it has just DISAPPEARED! No chance of getting it back. Thankfully, all my pictures are also on Flickr so those are saved. This is the new blog, please update your bookmarks.
